I re-learned a very weird lesson yesterday. As much as I feel like crap when I finish jumping, if I will go ahead and make myself go to the gym and lift legs/bars right afterwards, I recover much faster. Most days after jumping I'm moving slow and kind of hobbling around the house. Last night and today I feel actually pretty good. Glad I lifted yesterday ... and today!
