Another Day!!
I did a double lift today because I'm going to jump again on Wednesday rather than Thursday. Got family coming to town so Thursday is out. Because the kids will be jumping I'll take my 4m/16.3 for my 4 step run and my 14.7 for my 6 step run. I think that's pretty safe. Imagine that; jumping twice a week for fun!! Yahooooo!! More soon.
