It may sound contrary considering I am on a slow build up through all of my poles and runs, but the rest of my training is ready to return to intensity. I've paid plenty of dues with lighter to medium reps and rhythmical running. It's time to start ramping up my speed on sleds and weight lifted. Don't get me wrong; I'm not going to step up to the edge of my ability and risk getting hurt. But there will be a challenge to raise the intensity in all aspects except for jumping.
