Felt good to get back into a routine. My body feels decent. The groin thing is coming around but I wasn't jumping for a few weeks anyway. Tomorrow is the first day back on sleds/leg lifts/bars. A bit nervous but excited. I've been doing 5-6 rotations and now it will be 10 for a bit. Have a great day and thanks for dropping by! Bubba
