Winding Down!!

I had a brief but hard upper lift this morning along with abs/stretching.  Only two more days and I hit the road.  Business in Denver Tuesday and then Wednesday I head toward Grand Haven, Michigan on Lake Superior for the Grand Haven Beach Vault.  Here is a link to their helicopter tour last year.  Have a great day!  Bubba
