I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel my groin today when I ran my sleds. It was my normal full day of 2 X each 50m, 45m, 40m, 35m, and 30m. As I warmed up and progressed I felt I could run faster and quicker but I stayed well within myself to avoid any flares. Nothing! Leg lifts felt decent as did my bars with ankle weights. OK, so full three day rotation is done so time to slowly ramp the intensity back up. Have a great day and thanks for your support! Bubba
