Another Good Lift Day!!

I hope to jump tomorrow, so I incorporated a little run/skip in between my sets and stretching today.  We'll see how it goes but I'm optimistic.  Definitely feels nice to be a little heavier and stronger!  Have a great day and thanks for checking in!  Bubba
