Vacation / Day 2
Yesterday every move felt like tight hamstrings. Today I feel a lot looser. Tomorrow I'll probably jog/stride/skip around a little bit to get my body moving. I plan on having the same type of short jump session this Saturday as I did last Saturday. Tuesday I'll start the same place but take more jumps, and Saturday after that I will start moving through poles again. That's the plan anyway.
