Phase Break

After four weeks of solid training I am skipping this three day rotation as planned.  My body feels good but it can use a refresher.  The more I think about yesterday, every single vault that felt wrong was because I was through the pole too fast.  In fact I never hit the bar once on the way down and my standards were all the way back.  Not a bad problem.  Have a great evening.  Bubba
