I have a banana most days for the potassium/cramp reduction benefits etc., but lately I've been hooked on banana pudding and even bought a banana cream pie. Don't know what or why this sudden craving but there you go. Then I'm in the garage lifting yesterday as the temps approach 90 and the song "Cruel Summer" by Bananarama from the 80s comes on my MP3. YEP, could be a cruel summer. Better stay focused. Have a great day. Bubba
