I'm on week #51 of this plan so it has been a long road thus far. It's coming near sunset of this season so nothing matters but how I close it out.
Been swamped with work and driving so it's nice to be back. In the gym tomorrow. I was going to run today but it was late and raining so I decided to wait. Not sure doubling up again would be such a good idea since last Sunday I did cardio, lifted legs and then running 10 X 50m hill sleds. Everything is very healthy so need need trying to flare anything up. Thanks for being here! Bubba
