My longtime buddy and most intense training partner I ever had, Dean "The Machine" Gregory turned me on to Black Country Communion. Talk about hardcore old school rockers with royal backgrounds, these guys are the real thing. Like many of you, Dean reads this blog every day. Besides being a great friend for over 30 years, he keeps me up on great new music. Today during my gym lift I heard FOUR BCC songs and that is the reason I today salute Dean. Thanks Buddy and I'm looking forward to seeing you at the World Championships in Sacramento! Yep, Dean and his wife Deb are driving from Washington State to hang out and watch me jump. Bubba
