Last Day Here

Today is the last day of the cruise and I'm sick of eating, which I think is normal for these things.  I also managed to completely avoid the gym or any exercise, though I did inquire what floor it was on - the one right below me. I did catch myself walking pretty fast a few times and my leg didn't feel anything. I avoided stairs whenever possible and slept as much as I feel like.  I did a fair amount of work but other than that I have been a complete slug; a role I'm not comfortable with.  BUT, it's easier knowing that when I come home I am out of conditioning mode and back to real training.  Have a great day and thanks for being here.  Bubba
