Dream Unexpectedly Delayed

When we went to California last week to sign the papers on our new house, we changed our minds because the house was far smaller than we expected, and had next to no storage areas.  Our realtor took us to another home which was spectacular so we set out to make that happen.  Unfortunately the owner made arrangements with someone else without notifying the realtor.  SO, we're looking like mad but at this point I think we will be delayed 1-6 weeks.  Our house is on the market and showing briskly but we were making the move regardless of when our home sold.  More as I know more but at least for now it looks like we are on hold for a few weeks.  Have a great day!  Bubba
