Travel Day

I've been enjoying the consistency of my training but today is my scheduled day off.  That is part of the deal.

Three Stages of Sports Injury Rehab

As a 58 year old masters pole vaulter, who has also been on the business side of the physical therapy business for 25 years, here are the three levels of progress in injury rehab as I see them;

1 – You can train hard enough to be out of breath

2 – You can perform your event or sport at a low to medium level

3 – You are now well enough to hurt something else
