Different Type of Workout
I seem to always leave on business on Monday and that lift cycle is Sunday/Monday so I'm constantly missing 1/2 of my lift rotation. Today I decided to do 1/2 of Sunday's training and 1/2 of Monday's today. I was able to lift heavy since there were less sets, so I think this is my future direction for shortened training due to travel. I'm excited to try and get out and jump a little next Saturday.
