Happy Thanksgiving + False Start

Got to the grocery store for a few final items at 6:45 AM and then to the gym near 8 AM.  The gym was a ZOO!!  Good thing I did today's lift yesterday because today was a total "False Start".  I did my stretching and bars but will do tomorrow's lift tomorrow.

I noticed a hurricane off the coast of Baja California. When that happens big bodysurfing waves come to the Wedge in Newport Beach.  Neat videos!
