Good Strong Day at the Gym

Feels good to be engaged in squats, lunges and cleans again.  It hass been a long time since they flared that hip back issue.  I'll remain careful but it's nice to be back to real lifts.  I felt good but I could see I needed that inside groin stretch.  If jumping goes good on any level Saturday I'll be ready for Kris' meet.  If not I will skip it and train through. Two months from Friday is Reno.  Gotta keep grinding.  Have a great day and thanks for following this blog!  Bubba
