Sunday - Post #2

I went and did my hill / sled / sprint drills late this afternoon after a very hard lift this morning.  I start with a 50m hill / sled and then alternated for seven different sprint drills for 16 total reps.  I only felt my groin at all on one of them and that was pretty slight.  I think it's more sore from that inside leg stretch you get when you first do squats again.  In any case, I'll try to jump again Tuesday and if I can progress or even duplicate what IO was able to do yesterday I think I will go to Kris' meet on Saturday.  Have a great evening!  Bubba
